Both of these options have one major drawback YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE HOME. Not only this but the likely-hood is that if your home is repossessed you will be credit blacklisted making the possibility of further loans or another mortgage in the future far more difficult.

You may be able to borrow money from family and friends but this will only be a short term solution and will mean that the same family and friends may now know all aspects of your financial dealings.

All of this means that this can be a very stressful and uncertain time especially if you work in the local area and have children in local schools and could face the prospect of having to move away from the area.
